The full and associate members have the following rights and obligations:

  1. To participate fully, actively and freely in all TCD meetings and other activities.
  2. To have access to all facilities and services provided by TCD.
  3. To pay the entrance and annual subscription fees as prescribed from time to time by the SUMMIT.
  4. To abide by the provisions of the TCD constitution.
