  1. There shall be a Steering Committee of TCD, which shall have the following members:
    • Members of the Leadership of TCD specified in Article 14 (2).
    • The immediate past-Chairman of TCD.
    • The Chairman of the Technical Committee.
  2. The Chairman of TCD shall be the Chairman of the Steering Committee; and the Executive Director shall be its secretary.
  3. The Steering Committee shall have power to make decisions on behalf of the SUMMIT in matters of urgency which require a decision to be made urgently, and shall report any such decisions to the next meeting of the SUMMIT.
